✧ - All of my work is to be used for personal use only.
✧ - 100% payment upfront before I start on your commission. No refunds once a sketch has been approved.
✧ - Any commissioned art can be displayed as a profile picture, banner, and decor with credits.
✧ - Detailed references is required, I will not accept a commission otherwise.
✧ - Do not remove watermarks, feed my art into AI, or set them up as NFTs.
✧ - Clear communication is required, I cannot change anything once a sketch is approved.
✧ - I reserve the right to refuse service to any client and/or commission.
✧ - My payment methods will include : uhhhhhhhhhhRENTRY T.O.S.
✧ - 100% payment only after we have discussed and agreed upon an idea for page layout(s). I am willing to take specific URLs instead of USD depending on what it is.
✧ - If you have a specific artist in mind that you would like to use for your layout, you must give me what specific illustrations and the account of the artist.
✧ - Any artist who is found indulging in problematic, suggestive, and/or possibly fetishization will be immediately rejected and I will close the order.
✧ - Do not remove my credits. This will be put onto the secret message unless I’ve made custom artwork for your rentry.CLIENT RIGHTS
YOU MAY :
✧ - Use my art/layout for personal use.
✧ - Print my art for yourself.
✧ - Post it on social media and/or display it online with proper crediting to @encoffinedletters.
YOU MAY NOT :
✧ - Use my art for commercial use without permission & additional fees.
✧ - Use my art AI & NFT use.
✧ - Remove watermarks & claim my art as your own.
✧ - Sell or distribute my art.I MIGHT :
✧ - Post your commission to my socials.
✧ - Display your commission on my portfolio.♡ - By commissioning me, you show that you agree to these terms and are willing to comply!
